Refund and Returns Policy – Brothers Location

Welcome to Brothers Location, your trusted car rental service in Fes, Morocco. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and returns are processed for our vehicle rental services. By booking a vehicle with Brothers Location, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. Booking Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may cancel their booking under the following conditions:

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: A partial refund will be issued.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No refund will be issued.

No-Shows: If a customer fails to pick up the rental vehicle at the scheduled time and date without prior notification, the booking will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued.

All refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

2. Early Return of Vehicle
No Refunds for Early Returns: Brothers Location does not provide refunds or credits for vehicles returned earlier than the agreed-upon return date and time specified in the rental agreement. The full rental period as booked will be paid for.

3. Late Return of Vehicle
Grace Period: A grace period of 30 minutes may be allowed for late returns.

Additional Fees: Beyond the grace period, vehicles returned late will incur additional fees. For every hour or part thereof exceeding the grace period, an hourly late fee of [50 MAD/hour] will be applied. If the delay exceeds [e.g., 3 hours], an additional full day’s rental rate will be applied for each subsequent 24-hour period or part thereof, until the vehicle is returned.

4. Vehicle Condition, Damages, and Security Deposit
Vehicle Inspection: Upon pickup, both Brothers Location staff and the renter will jointly inspect the vehicle and document any existing damages. The renter is responsible for verifying the accuracy of this inspection report before signing.

Return Inspection: Upon return, the vehicle will be re-inspected. Any new damages not noted on the initial inspection report will be billed to the renter.

Cleaning: Vehicles must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, or odors (e.g., from smoking) may incur an additional cleaning fee of [ 50 MAD].

Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling service fee, plus the cost of missing fuel, will be applied if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of [3000 MAD] is required at the time of pickup to cover potential damages, excess mileage, or other applicable fees. This deposit will be fully refunded within [e.g., 3-5] business days after the vehicle’s return, provided there are no damages, outstanding amounts, or policy violations. Dedications will be made for any applicable fees.

5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding fees, damages, or policy interpretation should be brought to the attention of Brothers Location management within 48 hours of the incident or fee. We will strive to resolve all issues fairly and efficiently.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund and Returns Policy, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any legal action or proceeding relating to this policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Fes, Morocco.
