Our rental prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and typically include standard insurance (Collision Damage Waiver with excess and Theft Protection with excess). They do not include fuel, tolls, parking fees, traffic fines, or additional services unless explicitly stated.
We do not provide refunds for vehicles returned earlier than the agreed-upon time. For late returns, a grace period of 30 minutes may apply. Beyond this, additional hourly or daily charges will be incurred as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, a refueling service charge plus the cost of the missing fuel will be applied.
A1: To rent a vehicle, you must generally be at least 21 years old. For certain vehicle categories, the minimum age may be 23.
A2: At pickup, you must present a valid driver's license (held for at least 2 years), a valid passport or national ID card, and a valid credit card in your name for the security deposit. If you have an international driver's license, you may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP) as required by Moroccan law.
