Rental Conditions
Policies and agreement
Renters must present a valid driver’s license issued in their country of residence.
The driver’s license must be valid for at least one year prior to the rental date.
International renters should provide an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their home country license if the license is not in Latin alphabet or English/French/Arabic.
Drivers must be at least 21 years old (or as specified by local law).
Additional drivers must meet the same license requirements and be registered in the rental agreement.
Basic Insurance is included with every rental, covering third-party liability as required by Moroccan law.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection are included to limit renter’s financial responsibility in case of damage or theft, subject to a deductible.
The renter is responsible for the deductible amount in case of any damage or theft.
Additional insurance options (e.g., zero deductible, personal accident insurance) are available upon request at an extra cost.
Insurance does not cover damage caused by:
Negligence, reckless driving, or violation of traffic laws
Off-road driving or unauthorized use
Damage to tires, windows, or undercarriage (unless covered by extra insurance)
Any accident or damage must be reported immediately to BrothersLocation and local authorities.
Failure to report damage or accidents may result in full liability for the renter.

Cash: Accepted at pickup location
Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a fee equal to one day’s rental rate.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, the full rental amount may be charged.
Modifications: Changes to your booking (dates, vehicle type, location) are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.
Special Conditions: For long-term rentals or special offers, different cancellation policies may apply and will be specified at booking.
Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.
Drivers under 25 years old may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
Additional drivers must also meet the same age and license requirements and be registered on the rental agreement.
